Hi Seven,

I appreciate your reply - I have already attempted restarting the TAP system with no change in the result.

I have a support ticket open with Logitech currently, however upon researching the symptoms we are experiencing it appears that other users who are using other Microsoft supported Teams Room solutions have similar problems.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Kind Regards,

John

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply.

Here is an article about the requirements and you can check whether the hardware or software meets the requirement: Microsoft Teams Rooms Requirement. It mentioned that theextender must meet USB 2.0 or newer specifications, so you can also try changing the extender to see the result.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi Seven,

The hardware we are using is a Microsoft Certified implementation.  more details on it here:

https://products.office.com/en-ca/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices/product?deviceid=372&page=1

With that being said, the device has a USB 3.0 connection back to the main computer, so it is unlikely to be that.
